The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Direct the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kadipur, Sultanpur to decide the Original Suit No. 590 of 2018 (Babu Ram and others Versus Ram Milan and another), which is pending before him since 19.09.2018 on the date fixed i.e. on 08.04.2025 or within a time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2018, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, and the trial court shall endevour to decide the suit expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.
