Since representation dated 26.03.2024 made by petitioner is still pending consideration before the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad Manglour, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Officer concerned to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 26.03.2025, as per law, within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
