01. In the course of hearing submissions from the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court urged the learned counsel for the petitioners to avail legal/statutory remedy if any available under the Municipal Corporation Act, 2000 with respect to the impugned
order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty reserved.
03. Withdrawal is allowed with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioners to resort to the legal/statutory remedy, if any, with respect to the impugned course of action/order.
04. Withdrawal of the writ petition will not prejudice the rights of the petitioners with respect to the remedy as may be availed by the petitioners.

Disposed of along with connected application.
