Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66B, 66C, 66D and 84C of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar. 3. Earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn vide B.A. No. 10471 of 2024 by order dated 12.02.2025. 4. On 01.08.2024, Cyber Police, Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Pani Tanki in village Pathra, raided the placer of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. It was submitted that though, a victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated him, but the petitioner has remained in custody for more than one year. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S.
