Learned Additional Advocate General referring to notification dated 09.01.2012, issued by the Principal Secretary (Revenue), to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, more particularly Clause 28.1 thereof, submits that the petitioner has an alternate remedy against the impugned order before the learned Deputy Commissioner, District Sirmour, H.P. 4. Since the petitioner has an efficacious alternate remedy against the order impugned in this petition, therefore, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate alternate remedy in accordance with law.
