A perusal of the records reveal that the wife has filed her counter and it is posted for enquiry. The revision petitioner has already filed his proof affidavit and it is posted on 25.04.2025 for cross-examination of the petitioner. 3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the petitioner is working in Army and he is now stationed at Vishakapattinam. Therefore, as and when he appears before the Court, cross examination may be completed. He further submitted that he is likely to be transferred to Gujarat. In such circumstances, he seeks expeditious cross- examination and to dispose of his divorce petition. 4.
