The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.76 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 317(4), 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. On 14.12.2024, Cyber Police Jamtara, on the basis of confidential information intercepted a Hyundai i20 car bearing registration No. JH10CB-6958 and apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons. It is alleged that they were indulged in cyber crime. Three mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2024. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Cyber Crime P.S.
