The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opp. parties No. 1 and 2 not to dispossess the petitioners from House No. B/2003A, Khasra No. 152, 157, 158, 164 and 145 situated at Village Bastauli, Ward Maithali Sharan Gupt, area 1104 Sq. Ft., District Lucknow, on the basis of order dated 6.12.2024 (Annexure-1) and notice dated 27.1.2025 (Annexure-3) till disposal of S.A. No. 891 of 2023, Smt. Chhaya Sharma & anr. v. IIFL Home Finance Ltd., pending before the Debits Recovery Tribunal. In pursuance to the order dated 3.1.2025 passed in the earlier writ petition of the petitioner, bearing Writ-C No. 72 of 20025 the petitioner approached the D.R.T. challenging the impugned order under Section 14 and also seeking interim relief. Interim relief application has been rejected on 7.2.2025 and the matter has been posted for final hearing on 23.4.2025. The writ petition at this stage is not maintainable.
