The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties No.2 to 4 to ensure the removal of illegal encroachment made by the opposite party No. 6 over the land Plot No. 381 (Chakmarg) and Plot No. 376 (General Abadi) situate at Village Karaudi Mu. Haiderganj, Pargana- Pashchimrath, Tehsil-Bikapur, District- Ayodhya in term of order dated 2.9.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that the proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code has already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, it is directed that the pending proceedings shall be concluded with all expedition preferably within a period of ninety days in accordance with law. 5.
