Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Alok Saxena, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Bank and perused the material available on record. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: " (i) Pass an order or directions to the opposite party no.-1 to expeditiously decide the Securitization Application No. 93 of 2024 M/s Hamara ump Rahman Rainapur vs A.O. State Bank of India U/s 17 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 before the opposite party no.-1 on dated 05.02.2024. (ii) Pass an order or directions not to hand over the physical possession of the mortgaged property in favour of opposite party no.-3, till the pendency of the Securitization Application No. 93 of 2024. (iii) Issue an order or directions to maintain Status- Quo till the disposal of the Securitization Application No. 93 of 2024 before the Opposite Party No.-1." 3. Considering the prayer nos. 2 & 3, the petitioner is permitted to file an appropriate application for interim directions as sought in the prayer nos. 2 & 3. In case, such an application is filed within a period of one week from today, the same shall be expeditiously considered and decided within a further period of one month. With regard to prayer no. 1, the present petition is disposed of with direction to endeavour to decide the matter expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.
