By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought the following relief: “Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents to disposed of instant writ petition in consonance with judgment and order dated 13.03.2024 passed by Hon’ble High Court in writ petition no. 391 of 2024 (SS) Chandra Singh Chiral and others versus State and another (contained as Annexure No. 10) to this writ petition in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned State Counsel submits that coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 391 of 2024 (SS) has directed the competent authority to take decision regarding grant of increment, therefore, this writ petition can also be disposed of by directing the competent authority to take decision on petitioners’ representation. 4.
