When the matter was listed for hearing, the counsel for the petitioner had reported no instructions and thereby, this court had called for a report from DRT. No.2, Chennai, as to O.A.No.904 of 2001 is pending or disposed of. 3. The report dated 03.04.2025 has been received from DRT.No.2, Chennai, wherein it is stated that in OA.No.904 of 2001, a sum of Rs.66 lakhs has been received by the Bank as against the claim amount of Rs.72,43,315/- and the aforesaid amount was received as full and final settlement and the OA was dismissed as withdrawn and it was settled out of Court on 16.08.2005. 4.
