By means of the instant petition the petitioner seeks direction for the respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kaiserganj, District-Bahraich to register his case which he has filed in terms of Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. Sri Yogesh Awasthi learned Standing counsel on the basis of instructions submits that the case of the petitioner has been registered and the next date fixed is 05.03.2025. In view of the aforesaid, once the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved, nothing survives in the instant petition, however, it is observed that the court dealing with the said matter shall ensure that the proceedings are decided in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
