С202410000001481: Shiv Balak vs. The District Magistrate, Rae-bareli within reasonable time filed by the petitioner on 21.3.2024 which was heard on 03.06.2024 pending before him contained in Annexure No. 1 to the petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
