Case No. 16/2023 registered u/s 279 IPC R/W Section 22(c) of NDPS Act. It is submitted by Mr. Goswami, learned Public Prosecutor that in this case charge-sheet has been filed and no witness is examined till date. Accordingly, it is directed that let the trial court examine at least two witnesses after that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court again.
