Ltd.) pending before the Court of Commercial Court No. 2, Lucknow/respondent No. 1, within a time frame in accordance with law, as may be deemed just and proper in the present circumstances by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.1 to decide the application under Order-39, Rule-1 and 2 pending in Regular Suit No.262/2023 expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
