Learned AGA, at the very outset, has submitted that the applicant has approached this Court for implementation of order dated 24.12.2014 passed under Sections 133 Cr.P.C. against which firstly, the 482 Cr.P.C. application is not maintainable, secondly, the applicant has approached this Court after 11 years without explaining the latches. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present application as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the remedy as may be permissible in law. 4. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
