The instant application has been filed seeking following main reliefs:- "Therefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the entire criminal proceeding by setting aside the Order dated 08.10.2024 for NBW and proceedings U/s 82 CrPC arising out of Summon order dated 06.01.2023 in Case No. 08/2023 State vs Chandrajeet Verma & Ors passed by/pending before the Court of Special Judge, S.C.- S.T. Act Ambedkar Nagar Police Station- Jaitpur Distt. Ambedkar Nagar, U.P. pursuant to Chargesheet Dated 02.09.2022 U/s 323,336,504,506 IPC and U/s 3(1)(da) and 3(1)(dha) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 pursuant to FIR/Case Crime No. 0120/2022 Dated 03.08.2022, P.S. Jaitpur, District-Ambedkar Nagar, U.P. It is, further prayed kindly direct to learned court below not to take any coercive action against applicants, as applicant pledged himself to obey all processes, order passed by Learned Court below in respect of above noted case. Otherwise, applicant shall suffer an irreparable loss and enormous injury." Learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with this application to the learned counsel for the applicant as per relevant Rules in this regard.
