(Oral) While placing on record copy of orders dated 24.10.2024, thereby revising the gratuity as well as pension of the petitioner, Mr. Somesh Sharma, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4, states that gratuity of the petitioner has been revised from Rs.1,49,926/- to Rs. 2,21,760/-, vide order dated 24.10.2024 and similarly, his pension has also been revised from Rs.4890/- per month to Rs.13200/- per month w.e.f. 1.12.2017 on the basis of his last pay of Rs. 26400+ Rs.0 (GP) +Rs.0 (DP) +Rs. 1320 (DA) +0(NPA) + Rs. 0 (IR). - 2 - 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after having perused the aforesaid documents states that now subsequent action with regard to release of enhanced gratuity, commutation and enhanced pension as well as leave encashment is to be taken by the respondent- State. 3. Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, fairly states that consequent action with regard to release of aforesaid benefits, if not already taken, shall be taken within two months. 4. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings, accordingly, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to release the benefits as detailed herein above, expeditiously, preferably, within three months, failing which petitioner would be entitled to interest @ 6% per annum, from the date amount fell due till its realization.
