In view of order being passed, notice to opposite parties no. 3 to 13 stands dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to Court concerned for expeditious disposal of appeal preferred by petitioners under Section 331 (3) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act pending since 2015. 3. It is submitted that evidence as yet is ongoing in the aforesaid proceedings. 4. Considering innocuous prayer, the opposite party no. 2 i.e. Commissioner, Devi Patan Mandal, District Gonda is directed to decide Appeal/Computerized Case No. C201808000000168 (Sameer Singh and others versus Randheer Singh and others) expeditiously without granting any undue adjournments to either parties, preferably within a period of eight months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of proceedings in case there is no other legal impediment. 5. The aforesaid time frame shall be subject to cooperation by petitioner in early disposal of the proceedings. 6. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
