Mr. Shah Fasal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied, if respondents are directed to release the balance admitted liability within a timeframe. His statement is taken on record. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of at its threshold with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for release of balance admitted liability within a period of four weeks from the date, copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and annexures are made available to them.
