The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the petitioner’s representation dated 27.01.2025 and registering the property to an extent of 06-90 cents in survey No.875/1A in Kandukur Village, Kandukur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as a Waqf Property, as illegal and arbitrary. SRS,J W.P.No.8011 of 2025 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 27.01.2025, for registering survey No.875/1A as a waqf property. However, the same was not considered by respondent No.2. 4. The writ petition was listed on 27.03.2025 and adjourned at the request of learned standing counsel to get instructions. Today, when the matter is called, learned standing counsel produced a copy of the letter addressed by respondent No.3 to the petitioner vide F.No.13/Waqf/PKM/GIA/18 dated 25.03.2025, directing the petitioner to submit blueprints, possession certificate, etc. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the receipt of intimation from respondent No.3 and would submit that the petitioner will submit the requisite documents within two weeks. 6. Given the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the petitioner to submit the requisite documents to respondents 2 and 3. On receipt of the documents, respondents 2 and 3 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders strictly as per the provisions of the Waqf Act, 1995 and the Rules made therein.
