Revenue Code, 2006 pertaining to Gata no.1376 Sa & Gata No.1434 Sa situate in Village Bijnour, Pargana & Tehsil Sarojini Nagar, District Lucknow. 3. Considering the innocuous prayer being made, opposite party no.2, i.e. Additional District Magistrate, Administration, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide Case No.D202410460000523 (State v. Ram Lakhan), Case No.D202410460000524 (State v. Milai Ram @ Mithai Lal), Case No.D202410460000525 (State v. Ravindra Kumar) and Case No.D202410460000526 (State v. Rajjan Lal) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of the proceedings in case all the defendants have put in appearance and there is no other legal impediment 4. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioner only in case he cooperates in early disposal of the proceedings. 5. With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
