Learned counsel for electricity corporation submits that factum of death of Shiv Pyari could not be informed to the opposite parties on account of which electricity bill dated 25.01.2025 and recovery proceedings for recovery of electricity dues was issued in her name. He, however, says that the said bill and recovery proceedings shall be withdrawn and the same shall be initiated against the liable person who may be legal heirs/ representative of Late Shiv Pyari. Let the withdrawal be done within three days. Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
