The nature of dispute involved in the present writ petition filed in public interest is essentially a civil dispute and for grant of any relief as has been sought herein, the disputed question of facts being involved would necessarily require leading of evidence by the respective parties. This Court cannot go into the disputed questions of facts which require leading of evidence as is well settled. The petitioner in the circumstances of the case may be well advised to take appropriate proceedings before the competent civil court for adjudicating the rights involved, if any.
