Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment of said Chak Road No. 59 and Gata No. 62( Naveen Parti) situated at Paliya Near Dudhwa road, District Kheri contained as Annexure No. 1." 3. The counsel for the respondent no. 5 states that the proceedings under the Public Premises Act (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 has already been initiated and the same is pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction that the said proceeding shall be endeavoured to be completed expeditiously in accordance with law.
