Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. 3. It is alleged that 05.415 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the shop of co-accused Sanjiv Kumar. 4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected either with the shop of co- accused Sanjiv Kumar or the aforesaid recovery. Considering the facts of the case, clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Court No. II, Siwan in connection with Siwan Excise P.S.
