The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the learned Additional Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Ghazipur, to decide the Case No. 2082 of 2022 (State vs. Radhey Shyam Sharma and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 191 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 325 of I.P.C., Police Station Dildar Nagar, District Ghazipur, within stipulated period. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
