Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondent bank. 2. The counsel for the respondent bank, based upon the instructions, states that in case the petitioner pays an amount of Rs.6,44,561/-, the account of the petitioner can be regularized. 3. The counsel for the petitioner, based upon the instructions, states that he is ready and willing to pay the amount in some reasonable time. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to pay the said amount of Rs.6,44,561/- in two equal installments, the first of which shall be paid on or before 31.03.2025 and the second installment shall be paid on or before 30.04.2025. On the deposit of said amount, the account of the petitioner shall be regularized and shall be dealt with in accordance with law. 5. In case the amounts are paid, the recovery certificate shall stand quashed. 6. In the event of failure of any of the installments as indicated above, the recovery certificate shall be processed accordingly.
