Petitioner herein/Al filed a bail application in Crl.M.P.No.524 of 2024 on the file of the learned-Ill Additional District & Sessions Judge, Srikakulam, for grant of bail in Crime No.274 of 2024 of Laveru Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under sections 196, 352, 353(2) 111(2)(b) read with 61(2) of the BNS and section 67 of the I.T.Act. The learned Ill Additional District & sessions Judge, Srikakulam, while granting bail to the petitioner/AI vide order dated 19.12.2024, imposed condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Station house Officer, Laveru Police Station, on every Saturday between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM till entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed. 3.
