Mr.N.Balasubramanian, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent- police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation. 4.
