The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a direction commanding the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No. 13, District-Barabanki to decide the restoration/recall application dated 20.09.2020 pending in the Miscellaneous Case No. 190 of 2020 (Raghvendra Bahadur Singh Vs Suresh Kumar and Others) filed by the petitioner for restoring/recalling the order dated 16.09.2017, expeditiously within fixed period which may think proper wise this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the restoration/recall application dated 20.09.2020 pending in the Miscellaneous Case No. 190 of 2020 expeditiously within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
