Heard Ms. Shivanshi Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Nitiin Srivastava, learned Counsel for the opposite party No.3. 3. Although under the Right to Information Act, 2005 some information has been provided by the opposite party-Bank to the petitioner, however, the petitioner's Counsel says that the petitioner never took a loan of Rs.2,80,000/- for non payment of which, her Bank account has been declared as Non Performing Asset. Ancillary reliefs have also been sought in this regard. We therefore, dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the opposite party No.3 to communicate to the petitioner the details as to when the loan was applied for, annexing therewith a copy of the application or form by which it may have been applied by the petitioner, the date on which it was sanctioned and other relevant documents as far as it may be permissible demonstrating that the loan was in fact applied by the petitioner, let this be done within a period of fifteen days'. Whereupon if still aggrieved, the petitioner may avail other remedies as may be permissible under law. 4. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
