And 6 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ramesh Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Dilip Kumar Pandey Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard. Petitioner may move an application for interim relief in the revision, which is pending before the Board of Revenue, within one week. If it is filed within one week, then the Board of Revenue shall take up the application and pass such order as it deems appropriate and prescribed in law within next three weeks. Only for four weeks, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the land in question, which according to the opposite parties, was recorded earlier as pond but the petitioner says that now there is agricultural activity going on in the said land and he has purchased the said land. The Writ Petition stands disposed of without prejudice to rights of any of the parties in the pending revision or otherwise. A final decision in the matter at an early date would also be advisable by the Board of Revenue. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
