Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not fulfill the conditions as imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, since several cases are pending against the petjtjoner in different police Stations and it is very difficult for the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer as directed by the learned Sessions Judge. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that Court may I pass appropriate orders. 6. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the condition imposed in the Order dated 27.12.2024 in Crl.MP No.535 of 2024 by the learned Ill Additional District & Sessions Judge, Srikakulam, directing the petitioner to appear before the Station house Officer, Rajam Police Station, on every Saturday between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM t'lll entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed is modified to the extent that thJe petitioner is - directed to appear before the SHO, Rajam Police Station, once in a fortnight, till fili'ng of the charge sheet. 7.
