Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to authority concerned for expeditious disposal of Revision preferred by father of opposite parties 4 to 7, which is pending consideration since year 2020 and in which petitioner is one of the opposite parties. 3. In view of innocuous prayer being made, opposite party no.1 i.e. Chairman, Board of Revenue U.P., Lucknow is directed to consider and decide Revision No.147 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. R2020105800147) (Mohd. Mahfooz v. Shri Kant and others) expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date report regarding service upon all the opposite parties is available and in case there is no other legal impediment. 4. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioner only in case he cooperates in early disposal of the proceedings. 5. With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
