Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and the Standing counsel for the respondents. 2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as Money Tester on 26.12.1985 and subsequently vide order dated 20.2.1995 passed by Chief Treasurer, Lucknow his services were regularized with effect from 7th August, 1989. The grievance raised by the petitioner is that pensionery benefits have been granted to the petitioner with effect from 18.2.1995 instead of 7.8.1989 and accordingly he has filed present writ petition with prayer for a direction to the respondents to consider grant of pensionery benefits from 7.8.1989. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievances of the petitioner shall stand substantially redressed in case opposite party No.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 5.11.2024, as contained in Annexure No.11 to the writ petition, expeditiously. 4. Learned State counsel does not object to the aforesaid prayer. 5. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 i.e. Chief Treasury Officer, Lucknow to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 5.11.2024, as contained in Annexure No.11 to the writ petition, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him, in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
