In SWP No. 2309/2013, filed by the petitioner, he had prayed for a Certiorari to quash the discharge order issued by respondent No. 4, Commandant JAKLI R/C C/o 56 APO vide order No. 236/136/RA dated 18th July, 2013. And vide interim order dated October 30, 2013, the writ Court had required the respondents to maintain status-quo. The Bench Secretary was asked to check the status of the main case and it transpires that, in fact, on September 04, 2019, the writ Court had transferred the petition to the Armed Forces Tribunal, Srinagar Bench (at Jammu). None had appeared for the petitioner on September 04, 2019, when the matter was transferred to the Tribunal and the position is just the same even today.
