The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sitapur to decide the case No.258/2021 (Smt. Neetu Singh vs. Savitri Smt. Savitri Singh and others) filed on 9.8.2021 and Case No.86/2022 (Smt. Neetu Singh vs. Smt. Savitri Singh and others), under Order 39 Rule 2(a) and Section 151 Cr.P.C., filed on 31.10.2022, which are pending before him, expeditiously, within stipulated time period. 4. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the Case No.86/2022 (Smt. Neetu Singh vs. Smt. Savitri Singh and others), under Order 39 Rule 2(a) and Section 151 Cr.P.C., filed on 31.10.2022, expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
