The claim of the petitioner under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna has been rejected on the ground that the deceased was a minor whereas the scheme covers persons between the age group of 18-70. Petitioner has applied mentioning the date of birth of the deceased as 10.10.2012. The incident resulting in his death took place on 22.12.2023. We do not want to express any opinion on the question of age of the deceased as this is a factual matter requiring evidence. The petitioner may avail other remedies.
