The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed of Range Case no. 03/2020-21, dated 23/04/2020, case no. 14179/2020, (State versus Chhattu and others), as well as quash the charge sheet letter no. 960/10-1, dated 27/8/2020, arising out of Range Case No. 3/2020-21, Divisional Case No. 11/3/2020-21, Range Sujauli, dated 23/04/2020, case no. 14179/2020, u/s 9/27/29/31/39/49-B/50/51(1C)/52 Wild Life Protection Act 1972, Range Sujauli, Kartaniya Ghaat, Wild life Division Bahraich, District Bahraich, as well as impugned cognizance and summoning order dated 21/12/2020, and N.B.W. order dated 08/01/2025 in the above mentioned range case. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case, the petitioner moves an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned Court below within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court.
