Considering innocuous prayer being made, the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil- Musafirkhana, District- Amethi is directed to decide proceedings of Case No. 2245 of 2023 Computerized Case No. T202304710202245 (Shamshad Ali versus Ilyas) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of proceedings in case there is no other legal impediment. 4.
