Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:11014-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 1637 of 2025 Petitioner :- Rajesh Kumar Sharma Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Medical Health And Family Welfare And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ravindra Kumar Singh,Vivek Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. 1. Heard. 2. The petitioner claims himself to be the General Secretary of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Kalyankari Yojna Jagrukta Abhiyan, which is said to have made some complaint against the opposite party No.4. We ask the petitioner's Counsel as to what is the legal status of this organization of which the petitioner is the General Secretary, he submitted that it is a society, however, we do not find any registration certificate on record issued by the Registrar of Societies. It is highly doubtful that with such a name any society could be registered. We are of the opinion that this may be a matter of inquiry as how any private organization can be run with the name "Pradhan Mantri Jan Kalyankari Yojna Jagrukta Abhiyan" unless it has some legal status and relation with the Government or any Government Agency, this may create a misconception in the mind of the people, as if such an organization is a Government Organization and it may be misused. 3. We see no reason to interfere at the behest of the petitioner, if he has any locus and if his bonafides are beyond doubt, he may approach the concerned opposite parties with a certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 5. Our order shall not come in the way in completing the inquiry, if it is underway, against opposite party No.4 nor in taking action as may be required in law as we have not at all entered into the merits of the issues and have declined to interfere for the reasons given hereinabove. 6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Gonda.
