The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "An order or direction to the Learned Court below for hear the Original Suit No. 15/2025, (Ankita Maurya Vs. Sushila Devi) of the Petitioner, pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division), South, Court No.24, District Sultanpur, within a stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that an injunction application has also been filed along with the suit which is already pending consideration. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off directing the trial court to decide the injunction application, if the same is pending in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
