The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bahraich, to decide the Regular Suit No.292 of 2018, titled as "Smt. Khadeeja Rizvi vs. Misbahuddin Siddiqui and Ors.", expeditiously within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble High Court by a reasoned and speaking order within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court, which is annexed herewith as ANNEXURE NO. 2, with the instant Writ Petition. 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2018, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned and the trial court shall endevour to decide the case expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties in accordance with law. 4.
