By the present petition, petitioner prays for a direction to the respondents to dispose the pending complaint submitted by the petitioner to the respondents for conducting an inquiry. Mr.Boboy Potsangbam, learned CGSC submits that the writ petition may be disposed of as prayed for. However, petitioner is directed to supply to the respondents some more documents, if any, requested by them, within two weeks and upon submission of the requisite documents, if any, respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass speaking order for conducting inquiry, if required, within three months from the date of receipt of the documents, as per law. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court does not express any opinion on the merit of the case.
