The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue an order or direction to the learned trial Court i.e., Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sultanpur to decide the Regular Suit No: 650/2020 (Ram Sagar versus Ram Manorath and others) pending before him since 2020, (which is contained as Annexure No: 1 to this petition) as early as possible in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2020, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines of this court. 4.
