Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2024 corresponding to Cyber Case No. 14 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 66B, C, D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih.
3. On 14.12.2024, Cyber police, Giridih on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near village-Bardkitad, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co- accused persons. On search, a mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2024
5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of
learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2024 corresponding to Cyber Case No. 14 of 2025.
