The remedy is before the Debt Recovery Tribunal and not before this Court, however, at this stage the petitioner says that he is ready to pay the due amount. If it is so, then he may move a appropriate application before the bank concerned and if there is no legal impediment, it is for the bank to consider the same as per law.
