Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State. 2. Learned Additional Government representing the State on written instructions would submit that basing on the report dated 12.04.2019, the Police registered a case in Crime No.89 of 2019 on the file of the Singarayakonda Police Station, Prakasam District, for the offences under Sections 447 & 427 read with 34 IPC on 11.05.2019 against the unofficial respondents and took up the investigation. 3. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, the cause in the present Writ Petition appears to have become infructuous, since the Writ Petition is filed for non-registration of FIR. 4. Recording the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. 4
